Habiby Fit is a Middle Eastern–inspired cardio dance experience that blends belly dance and folkloric movement with high-energy fitness. This class is designed to build stamina, strengthen your core, and help you release stress through expressive, joyful movement.
Class Breakdown
Warm-Up: Gentle hip isolations, torso mobility, and traveling steps to wake up the body.
Cardio Combos: High-energy dance sequences to Arabic pop and folkloric rhythms, with options for low- or high-impact.
Strength & Conditioning: Short, dance-based toning for core, legs, and arms.
