I am a licensed mental health counselor, creator, entrepreneur, and mental health educator. I speak and teach about the topics I find important and vital. My content is centered around topics we can all relate to and take something from to improve our well-being, connection, and empathy with the world.

Micheline was one of the first therapists and mental health professionals on TikTok. In 2020 at the pandemic's beginning, she knew isolation would be an issue many would struggle with. So she decided to take a proactive approach and try to provide hope, resources, and tools through Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube. Her audience grew to 1 million after just one year, and she continues to cultivate her platforms and provide access to many.
