Hey! I'm Micheline
If you've ever felt like the mental health world wasn't quite built for you, you're probably right.
I'm Micheline Maalouf, a licensed somatic clinician, keynote speaker, and educator whose work sits at the intersection of trauma science, cultural identity, and collective healing. I'm an Arab American therapist who built a practice, a platform, and a body of work around a single conviction: that healing has to be culturally honest to actually work.

What I do is translate. I take nervous system science, trauma research, and cultural psychology and bring them into conversation with the experiences that most mental health spaces have never made room for. The anxiety that never quite made sense. The family dynamics that were never named. The quiet grief of growing up between worlds. Over 1.2 million people follow my work because it finally gives language to something they've been carrying for a long time.

My work spans clinical practice, public speaking, digital education, and retreats. I've spoken at universities, corporations, and community stages across the country, partnered with some of the largest media and technology platforms in the world, and been featured in the New York Times, CNN, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Business Insider, Huffington Post, and more. I'm a recipient of the Arab America Foundation 40 Under 40 award.
But none of that is why I do this. I do this because I know what it feels like to look for yourself in a space and not find you. This work exists so that fewer people have to feel that way.
I'm really glad you're here.
